About
Behind the camera
I'm Kaden Brockman. This site is a working archive of the photographs I keep coming back to — sea lions hauled out on a Salish Sea rock, a steam train crossing the Glenfinnan Viaduct, gardens in bloom above Puget Sound, the long evening light of the Highlands.
Most of the archive was made close to home in Washington. The rest happened wherever I was lucky enough to be walking with a camera: Britain, New England, California, the Islands.
Nothing here is staged. I photograph quiet places at the hours they're quietest, and I print the ones I'd want to live with — which is the whole test, really.

The prints
Every photograph in the archive is printed to order on Hahnemühle Photo Rag — a 100% cotton, museum-grade archival paper. Each one is made for your order; nothing sits in a warehouse. Allow 5–10 business days for printing and delivery.
